It is a project developed in Berlin. The formula is simple Modeselektor + Apparat = Moderat. Sascha Ring (Apparat) and duo Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary (Modeselektor) return to the city. The album Moderat II is creative and with ability to catch the public. They have won awards as the best live show. This year, Monkeytown and Mute Records released Moderat II, with audiovisual pieces illustrated by visual creative artists’ collective Pfadfinderei. A playful approach to Modeselektor dance music with a mix of techno and bass music with all the sophistication of Apparat’s own pop approach.
