Futuras entregas de radio-show (script)

Sónar by Day
Viernes | Friday

Floating Points
Cierra un escenario de día. Mezclará su house, soul, hip hop, jazz. También es el Dr. Sam Shepherd, a neuroscientist that loves writing music, even when he studied for his PhD. Studios mind and a talent for experimental composition. Perfect for the day... Get close and try understand those fluffy floating points...

Squarepusher
New album, "Damogen Furies". Tom Jenkison is back to push us with his visceral electronic music. Eight tracks in just one take, no more editing, this is his new work. More experimentation with innovative images to match his array of sound equipment. Experimental dance time, hopefuly.

Dorian Concept
Another virtuoso of the live demonstration of talent, he is one of the best students to pass through the Red Bull Music Academy... Second album now, this guy started as a "bedroom producer". But he soon wanted to play his instruments himself (this is why I'm writing about him, is inspiring). He received the lift of touring with Flying Lotus and the Cinematic Orchestra (at the Royal Albert Hall).

Kiasmos
The amigos Ólafur Arnalds and Janus Rasmussen love experimental minimalism, now they made a twist to it and the obsession has grew into Kiasmos... New sound zone, intriguing, classical and acoustic work meets synthetic electropop of Rasmussen... Erased Tapes, 2014 album debut. Unique, organic, very dance floor oriented and friendly. Kiasmos time.

Kate Tempest
In 2013 this girl won the Ted Hughues award, given to the best new work in poetry. Kate Tempest is using her enormous talent to storm the music realm. First album, Big Dada, is a manifesto made alongside Ninja Tune. Lovely dialogues of Becky and Harry for "Everybody Down", the minutia of daily life made art... She started as an amateur MC and spoken word performer. This is why you have to know her... She's finishing her first novel "The Bricks That Built The Houses".

Vessel
Emerging vanguard sound. "Order of Noise", debut album with a much-deserved impact. That flung him into Tri Angle (renowned experimental label). Seb Gainsborough is someone to keep a close eye or ear. Talent of experimental electronica, bass, music and urban music (another merger of genres).

Nick Hook, cierra el Village...
Hyperactive man, amigo de sus amigos, as Barcelona based amigos Nehuen or Cardopusher. As he collaborated with Nehuen's label: Classicworks... Or with his paisanos Vin Sol or Matrixxman. Now he is signed under Ninja Tune label. But lets talk what he has more to do with Spain, as he was one of the first to go through Red Bull Music Academy, in Madrid, 2011. And recently living among us in Barcelona. Meet this born in St.Louis and New York denizen... Eclectic, vinyl lover, dirty sounding. Picked him because is amazing to watch him perform, enjoy, grab a guitar, punk it real good, or throwing crazy boogie lines from his vintage collection...

(Got that written, just read that in the radioshow...)
